It seems to me that you appear to have done everything right, but something is still wrong.
"when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." Time to forget that everything is "OK" and start back at the beginning. Have you checked the device isolation ? Could it be capacitive coupling between your nominal grounds ? Steve |
