I was never able to find the manufacturer's website. This is the only information about who made it:

It was made for I-Chung Computer Co. Ltd, a local retailer. They don't have any other drivers or information than what came in the box; they said they just sell the product. Their website doesn't have anything either. I never actually considered getting drivers from the PIC manufacturer, because I figured that it would have been programmed by the board manufacturer and thus require custom drivers.
