Richard, these guys who passed their examens by "stealing" code and hardware will not survive later in their company, when they have to prove to have learned something every day! Each of them will have his final Waterloo, believe me!
In our company only skilled people are working, really knowing what they do. Uncapable guys are fired within 4 weeks, no matter what academic degree and reputation they have. There's no need to turn this forum into a police station combating all the lazy guys of the whole world by hiding code and hardware. That's entirely useless and only blocking ourselves.
