#166520 - how free?
Responding to: Karim Fallahzadeh's previous message
How free do you want it to be? If you want freedom to do what you want with it, SDCC is closest. But if you only don't want to pay money for it there are other options under certain conditions.

If you only want to create small programs and only for personal projects, not commercially, a demo-version of one of the commercial compilers might apply.
