Hi Trangga,

You would need to work out whether this will work in your case, but you could also try using serial (SPI) RAM with your micro (up to 32kByte available):

Be warned however, these devices are NOT suitable for a 5V system supply!

EDIT: Don't know who distributes these components in your part of the world, try Farnell..
