#172220 - There are much larger SPI memories
Responding to: Valentin Angelovski's previous message
I recently ordered a few 2 Mbit SPI FRAM's. Those certainly are larger than what most small MCU's, e.g. 805x will require in most reasonable tasks. Larger tasks are generally handled with larger (16/32-bit) MCU's. These FRAM's are, of course, non-volatile, and they operate at up to 40 MHz.
