#172637 - P89C668 Clock mode change |
Hello,
NXP P89C668 is having a default 6-clock mode. It has an OTP bit which can be programmed to make it work in 12-clock mode. As per datasheet, this can be only done with a EPROM programmer or some kind of parallel programmer. My doubt is whether I need to program the bootloader again while programming the clock bit? If yes, I could not find any bootloader hex file on NXP website. If no, how to program only the clock bit? I have a parallel programmer http://www.ucmicrosys.com/products/universal-ic-programmers/unipro-110u.html Please guide. Thanks.... |
