You have nothing much to lose by just replacing the 30pF caps with 15pF.
You could even try without any caps.

You may get it to oscillate at 33MHz. How reliable it is is a matter of experiment.

I would be very confident with a 24MHz crystal, but 33MHz may be safer with an external oscillator.
