	thanks for the replies 1)i have not used pull up for sqw wave output . I will check with pullup 2) i have not seen the sda and scl line on O'scope . i don't have a storage scope. i think it will not be possible with old 10MHZ analog scope. Any suggestions? 3) i have not cleared ossilater halt bit. This i think i should write 00h on seconds resister as per data sheet.
