Hello Forum Looking for a 8051 for a new project, I stumbled over the Ramtron VRS51L3074. It seems to be a nice device, at an reansonable price. Has any of you hat any experience with this device and/or with Ramtron. Posts here seems to indicate certain amounts of hot air around Ramtron! Is that still s? Any succes storries?
