Take care Mahmood, I didnt test this ckt more analysis is required resistors will induce noise. When you fully charge the battery the more your regulator will dissipate and bigger the sink you require at elevated ambient ,deration etc . Why did you oppose Kai's solution it could be made low noise and smaller.
