The IC regulators must be LDO types, as the headroom is below the requisite 2.2 volts, but that should work out OK. It might be worth considering the SEPIC switcher in place of the first regulator in order to handle the portion of the time that Vin is below 10 volts. Subsequent careful filtering will handle the switcher's ripple.
