What this IC used for

The name tells you that:

OCTAL: there are 8 individual transceivers in the package;

BUS TRANSCEIVERS: each device acts as both a transmitter and a receiver - hence "transceiver"

WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS the outputs can be driving a High output, or driving a Low output, or in a high-impedance ("Hi-Z") state and not driving at all; that's a total of 3 states - hence "tri-state"

if combine with the 89s52 ??

That has absolutely no effect whatsoever on the device - it remains an Octal Bus Transceiver with Tri-State Outputs!
