But this sounds like a personal attack from man to man. You cannot hold the whole atmel company responsible for this.
sure I can, what I describe is not "man to man" but man to man's boss. I have been gravely insulted (have you turned the power on?, do you know Ohm's law?, ....) by many customer support people, what else can you expect at minimum wage, that is no big deal. What I refer to is when a company(s representative) tell my boss I'm unqualified. This is a company issue, since the one that would call my boss would not be the one I contacted. In the actual case it was a salesperson I never had seen or talked to that contacted my boss. Erik |
