How will I change microcontroller’s Reset (PORT) values so as to "Logic-0" ?
you will not, it's impossible.

evidently you missed the "reset values" for the SFRs when you glanced at the datasheet.

BTW port pins can not drive relays directly, just change "the inbetween" to/from inverting.
