#186071 - RI and TI
Responding to: ???'s previous message
JNB RI,$, programme still sticks at this instruction as I single step, I fail to see what the difference is between it and JNB TI,$ which I can step over other than its receive flag against transmit flag.
first I am not going to continue this, you are "running around in circles"
you can NOT breakpoint on RI,$ and expect to pass.

TI is synchronous with the uC clock, RI is not. If you break on TI the receiving end (your PC?) will get garbage.
