#187552 - the source of this
Responding to: Andy Neil's previous message
The compiler is just a tool; if it doesn't serve your purpose, then it's the wrong tool - change it!

If you really find it necessary to be inspecting the generated code, and trying to tweak the source code to get "optimum" results then, surely, you should be writing (at least that part) in assembly anyhow?!

manager x:
"It must ALL be in 'C'!"
"make it smaller!"
"no global variables!"
