#187587 - F-RAM
Responding to: Hans Van Pelt's previous message
The main solution to get around wear with EEPROM memories is to look at F-RAM memories instead. They have the same electrical interfaces, but lightning-fast writes and are almost impossible to wear out unless very high-speed rewrites are done 24 hours/day to some specific cells.
