There is no inductance or load switching by my ULN2803. The outputs of ULN2803 goes to the motor drives which are separate units and takes care of motor driving I have to just give three signals i.e. CLOCK, DIRECTION & START to the drive just like as if i would give to any other TTL logic chip or say memory or any simmilar thing.
