#102091 - whichever took my fancy that met the req
Responding to: Kai Klaas's previous message
What Schottky diode do you use?
whichever took my fancy that met the requirements.

There are applications which only work with this bidirectional transzorb and where a simple free wheeling diode will not do the job!
can you give some background, I'd hate to stick to my schottky when "a simple free wheeling diode will not do the job".

Erik

PS these days I use a schottky if there is no reason NOT to.
