Hello Kai,
I went through the design but could not get an idea on how you have used the thermal relief in that design.
the points mentioned. but i got the points u gave in that.

If possible can u tell me how you managed to put your design in the post.I copied my design and tried to paste it. But it doesn't work..
If i could do that, i can give you a better picture of the clarifications i need.


The +5Vdc in my ckt connects to photoMOS relays and SSR's
in addition to micro and LED's.
So, do i need to put bypass capacitors even for photoMOS relays(mounted in the PCB) and SSR's(will be mounted in the enclousure)? Is it as sensitive to noise as that of a 'micro'?
