Yes.

Farshid, you are at a point now, where real development begins. Up to now you have thought what could work. Now you must test what does work. This means, that you will probably have to change parts of your circuit and certain components in order to make the circuit to work properly. This could finally mean, that another offset adding circuitry might be needed.

A good criterion for a properly working offset adder is the noise at C20. Check the circuit also with much higher frequencies and look whether the potential at C20 is noise free and stable. If not, you can add some more caps in parallel to C20, or change the OPamp by a faster one. If nothing helps, then a different offset adder must be used.
