Then IOL of p1.x = 1.6 mA or 10 mA?
Kindly let me know for any reasons in choosing a particular IOL value out of the two.

If you want to drive additional digital circuitry, then no more than 1.6mA, which is a standard TTL-load by the way, must flow. Otherwise VOL exceeds 0.45V. But when wanting to drive a LED, then current may be higher, but not higher than 10mA.
