#111094 - Stirring
Responding to: Kai Klaas's previous message
Kai Klaas said:

A hardened solder paste cannot be repaired by anything, at least to my knowledge. Datasheets I have (unfortunately only in german) tell, that there's no chance to use any solvent to get it soft again. Properties shall heavily worsen then.

In an extreme emergency, vigorous stirring can shear things back into usability, but, as Kai says, its badly damaged.

Keep the paste in a cold refrigerator until just before use is a good trick , ours keeps for months and months in there, way beyond room temperature storage.
