#111238 - two things to add
Responding to: Jon Ledbetter's previous message
A suitable windows screen capture thingy is called easypeg from hnm freeware, and for people who would rather not mess with html tags gvim will produce html code for listings in hundreds of different languages.

http://www.hnm-freeware.com for easypeg
and
http://www.gvim.org for gvim
