#112285 - Very true mr Richard
Responding to: Mahmood Elnasser's previous message
what mr richard said above in his previous post is what exactaly happening these days. But problem is that HR people are all concerned about the academic qualifications not in true skills ok let me explain it with one example of mine..few days back i recived a call from a requritment firm, the lady on other side asked me whether i am willing to work for "samsung" electronics,i asked what are the skill requirements she replied with word like RTOS,MICROCONTROLLERS,ASm "c" etc i then asked which microcontrollers e.g 8,16,32 bit or which specific rtos and compilers...but there was`nt any answer from other end.i then asked her that if they are after skills then only they can send my cv to samsung but if they are after any degree then i am sorry(as i am just a +2 in commerce stream).....so the moral of the story is>>>>even HR people sitting out there for reqruitment lacks what they should pose, next you are weighted according to you degrees not by your skills.one more thing>>>in my last 4 years in this low end embedded domain i have worked with some engineers having 15+ years of experience and also with some frsh gradutaes and had even taught them but on some occasions i observed them doing some thing silly but i did`nt comment thinking in mind that i should`nt because after all they all are above me in terms of qualifications so i just respected that.
