#113162 - Good Info
Responding to: Kai Klaas's previous message
I'll deffinatly verify that the CE voltage at worst case is tollerable for my app.

Kai, I am aware of the 3A drive capability (which comes from the supply), but the MOSFETs being switched have very small gate capacitances (they are high-speed devices). I confirmed with a current probe that these drive currents would never exceed a medium power PNP (500mA+).

I think I am mostly out of the woods here, but I do appreciate the good information!
