I suppose with reference to my specs above, I could take a look at Keil, for ARM I am already using it.
But I was looking for chip agnostic environment, so that for all chips I have a common coding environment.
And I will need to learn only the compilation/ debugging part of the relevant tool chain for every new chip series.
