Yes - it's called RF design.

It's something of a specialist subject, but there is no shortage of textbooks, etc, on the subject.

It's not trivial; you won't be ablto just just look and a couple of web pages and then do it.
So the question is whether you are prepared to put in the necessary study.

But beware that a poorly-designed amplifier could cause interference with all sorts of other devices - and, when you are found out, you will be in Big Trouble...
