#185952 - But
Responding to: Erik Malund's previous message
Every one of the darlington driver devices at Digikey is an individual driver- no latches, no serial access or high I/O count.

The problem is just as difficult replacing high side drivers like TL58xx which were also supplied by Allegro as ULN58xx then A68xx. There are a few near substitutes, but they have one failing or another.

I wander why this segment (I/O drivers)has become unprofitable?
