#186001 - Impossible if dynamic
Responding to: Josť A. Ruiz's previous message
The scroll rate in this particular case is hardcoded to the same value as the refresh rate (1 pixel scrolled per display refresh period).

to continue this conversation without confusion:
if LEDs are lit by selection a row and a column (e.g. each LED lit 1/8 of the time) this is a dynamic driven display
if every LED has it's own driver, this is a static driven display

if this is a dynamic driven display the refresh rate must be a minimum 120Hz.
