As has already been pointed out, on-chip RAM of 1 kB is probably not so common
actually quite common, however not with chips with so little program storage.

use the search engine a digikey, select the 1k RAM, leave the program store size alone and sort on price.

while the price you may get from your local 'street' will not be the same, the digikey site will give you some guidelines what to try to obtain.
