Hi,
That day I was discussing salary system of India. Here in India mostly salary is dependent on qualification and hence designation is also qualification based.
But I heard salary system of USA is different, the difference between salary of an engineer and driver is less.

I want to know what are the advantage of USA's salary system there?
Kindly share other also.
