#189808 - Board version
Responding to: Richard Erlacher's previous message
Richard Erlacher said:

The O/P has a problem which needs resolution. Perhaps a deeper discussion of which sort of programmer is on his board and which USB adapters actually work with that programmer would help him.

The op seems to have gone, but it seems his board is this one

http://kitsnspares.com/user1/pro...asp?id=555

and that has
On Board IN-circuit programmer consisting AT89C2051 and MAX232.

So he will need the software that talks to the AT89C2051, which does the UART-SPI work. It is unlikely to be a USB specific issue at all.
The Board Vendor should of course provide the software to talk to the programmed AT89C2051.
