Overview
A Palm-based GPS navigation system that uses an external GPS device connected to the
Palm in order to determine position and provide standard navigational functions such
as routes, waypoints, tracks, etc. Full program available at

Features
- User-defined waypoints with information including latitude, longitude, elevation, name/description, and a waypoint type (mountain, city, etc.).
- User-defined routes that are a sequence of waypoints that define the route that the user will be following.
- Application displays the name, ETA, and distance to the next waypoint, the next major waypoint, and to the final destination.
- Routes may be followed in a forward or backward direction.
- The final destination may be any waypoint in the route rather than just the first or last point in the route.
- Application can display altitude, speed, and distances in English, metric, or nautical units independetly.
- Displays nearby waypoints in real-time on a map-like screen when in navigation mode.
- Includes a screen that displays the position and strength of all GPS satellites currently being tracked.
Technology
- Developed in 'C' using CodeWarrior 8.0.
- Targetted to work on Palm OS 3.x, 4.x, and 5.x.
