My 8051 Minimal circuit

This is my circuit of an 8051/8052 with External Eprom & Ram, Serial I/O and 8 LEDs on P1. A 2764 Eprom and 6116 or 48Z12 Static Ram is used.
Programs can be stored and run from the eprom or from ram.

Memory Map:
8000 - FFFF : RAM/NVRAM
0000 - 7FFF : EPROM

To switch the place of RAM and EPROM in the memory map, switch the chip select wires to the two chips.
